About The Naked Truth...

The Naked Truth is a space where you can step out of the pressure of everyday life and explore what it feels like to simply be yourself...without needing to change a thing, and without needing to get anything right.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited into a blend of:
⮞ Raw, Honest Storytelling By Guest Speakers - Speakers are real humans and past guests who have been inspired to share a story and message about their own Naked Truth. They take to the stage vulnerably and honestly to share what they've lived, what they've felt and what they've learnt along the way.
⮞ A Guided Life Drawing Experience By Our Guest Artist - You’ll be gently guided through drawing the human form in a relaxed and supportive environment. No experience needed. This isn't about being perfect, it’s about observation, presence, and letting your hand move without overthinking it.
⮞ Genuine Human Connection - Where conversations feel easy, natural, and free from pressure, with simple, guided moments that support real connection.
What You'll Walk Away With...

⮞ Feeling more at ease in yourself
A sense of comfort in your own skin, without needing to get it right or be anything other than who you already
are.
⮞ Less pressure to perform or be perfect
Noticing what it’s like when the need to impress, compare, or hold it all together starts to soften.
⮞ Deeper levels of self-trust
Feeling more settled in your own decisions, without constantly questioning or second-guessing yourself.
⮞ A greater sense of acceptance
Feeling more at ease with who you are, without the need to fix, change, or improve anything.
⮞ Less second-guessing and doubting yourself
A growing sense of ease in your decisions, without needing to constantly question or overthink them.
How You Take Part Is Up To You...
Everything throughout the night is an invitation...never an expectation.
You’ll always have choice in how you participate.
During the evening, there will be a rare invitation made for any guests who wish to model. This is completely optional and simply for those guests who would like to be witnessed in their full humanity, exactly as they are.
You are encouraged to feel into what's right for you in each moment throughout the night and to honour your No's as much as your Yes's.

Hey, I’m Alarna Rose 👋
I’ve been leading, coaching, building, and creating for almost 20 years.
And for most of that time, it came with pressure.
To deliver value. To perform. To always be doing more, helping more, becoming more.
Even when it looked successful on the outside, it still felt heavy and hard on the inside.
At some point, I got honest with myself.
I was done chasing & trying to be more constantly.
Done trying to be the version of me that made sense to everyone else.
And so I gave myself permission to breathe. To soften.
To just be me. Who I am right here, right now. In any expression.
That’s where The Naked Truth was born.
Not from more strategy, but from letting go.
Truth be told, this event is the space I didn't know I needed.
It's the space where I'd learn how to drop beneath the performance, strip it all back, and just show up exactly as I am, unpolished and enough.
And in stepping forward vulnerable, bold, terrified, and fully myself,
I realised this is the gift.
Not what I know. Not what I can offer.
Just who I am, when I let it all be here.
Because in being all of me, it gives you permission to be all of you.
The value isn’t in what you provide.
It’s in who you are. It’s YOU.
And if something in you feels that? Maybe this is your space too...

It was such a unique event and something I’ve never experienced before. The drawing and creating brought up a lot of stuff that made me really curious about what it meant for me. I learnt a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This was my first live art experience and it did not disappoint.
Every single person at that event was taken on a journey of self discovery and invited to lean into the gift of the exploration.
Alarna ensured a safe container for the invocation of full expression and encouraged a deep sense of openness and creativity.
Thank you Alarna for leading the way. For being the permission slip not only for yourself but as the beacon for others to do the same.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting to step out of their comfort zone and meet every aspect of themselves as they are. Whole and complete.

Before arriving, I had quietly decided I wanted to volunteer as a nude model... but when I saw familiar faces, the voice in my head tried to talk me out of it.
Thankfully, with a deep breath and a nudge of courage, I stepped forward. Modelling solo for 10 minutes was liberating - it felt like I shed more than just clothes. I stepped into a version of myself that was free, bold, and proud to be seen.
We were guided through the drawing by a supportive local artist who made it fun and accessible - even for beginners. Many participants had never drawn or modelled before, yet everyone leaned into their bravery and creativity. It was such a bonding, uplifting night.
Alarna has truly created something special with The Naked Truth - a safe container for transformation, connection, and empowerment. I left feeling seen, inspired, and more connected to my body and to others.
