Terms of Service

1. Program Overview

• The Leader Within is a 12-week embodiment journey.

• Upon enrolment, you (the participant) will receive lifetime access to the online course portal and private Facebook community, provided all terms below are upheld.

 

2. Access & Membership

• Lifetime access refers to the continued availability of course materials and community access, contingent on respectful conduct and completion of the payment terms.

• Access may be revoked if terms are not honoured (e.g. unpaid fees, breach of group standards, or content misuse).

 

3. Payment & Refunds

• A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of purchase. Within this time, the participant may request a full refund.

• After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.

• If the participant has selected a payment plan, the full balance must be paid within 12 weeks of enrolment.

• If a payment is missed:

  • the participant will receive two reminder emails, 7 days apart.

  • If payment remains unpaid after the second reminder, a final notice will be sent advising the participants access to the course and Facebook group will be removed. If any oustanding balances are not finalised within 7 days of this final notice, the participants access to the online portal and facebook group will be removed.  

• For access to be reinstated payment in full will be required, with no further payment plan option.

• Should a participant be experiencing financial difficulties they are encouraged to email Alarna to discuss their circumstances so a mutually beneficial solution can be reached. 

 

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All course content (written, audio, video, and visual) is the intellectual property of Alarna Rose Hodges.

• Content may not be downloaded, shared, replicated, distributed, or reused in any format without written permission from Alarna Rose Hodges

• Breach of this agreement may result in the participants immediate removal from the course and group, with no refund.

 

5. Your Responsibility

• This course is designed to support personal leadership, self-awareness, and embodied transformation.

• Growth and results are the responsibility of the participant. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

• This work is experiential and individual. Because transformation cannot be objectively measured, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results.

• The participant is encouraged to show up fully, honour their own process, and take full ownership of their experience.

 

6. Support & Group Guidelines

• The Leader Within is a self-led program. No 1:1 coaching is included.

• Group support is available via the private Facebook group.

• General enquiries, concerns, or technical issues may be directed to connect@alarnarose.com.

• Within the group space, we ask all participants to:

  • Engage with mutual respect and care.

  • Refrain from unsolicited promotion, recruiting, or selling.

  • Honour the confidentiality of the group and others’ experiences.

• If these guidelines are not upheld, we reserve the right to remove the participants access to the course and community without refund. This ensures the safety and integrity of the space for all.
