Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to The Naked Truth Event (“the Event”). By continuing with your purchase, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Event

The Naked Truth Event is hosted by Alarna Rose (ABN 45668398004). It is a conscious, creative and self-expression experience that may include nudity, artistic life-drawing, discussion and embodiment practices in a respectful group setting.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made online through our authorised ticketing platform.

  • No bookings or payments will be accepted at the door.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your name and contact details will be added to our guest list for check-in on the night.

  • You will not receive a physical ticket. Entry will be granted via the guest list using the name under which the booking was made.

  • By completing your booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund & Transfer Policy

  • All bookings are final. We operate a no-refund policy except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • ​If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us with their full name and contact details prior to the Event.

  • ​Transfers allow another person to attend in your place but do not constitute a refund — meaning no money is returned; the booking simply changes hands.

  • ​Unauthorised transfers will not be admitted.

​

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • If we cancel the Event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

  • ​If we must postpone or change the venue, you may choose to attend the new date/venue or request a refund.

  • ​Minor program, artist, speaker, facilitator changes do not entitle a refund.

5. Behaviour & Participation Standards

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.


By attending, you agree to:

  • Respect every participant’s boundaries and personal space at all times.

  • Refrain from harassment, judgment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

  • Maintain confidentiality: stories, experiences or expressions shared in the space remain private.

  • ​Follow facilitator guidance and any reasonable directions from staff or volunteers.

  • Not attend under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

  • ​Turn mobile devices to silent and refrain from phone use during the session unless absolutely necessary.

  • ​Anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety, comfort or dignity of others may be asked to leave — without refund.​

 

6. Photography & Recording

  • By attending the Event, you acknowledge photographs and video's may be taken of you throughout the evening (excluding the life-drawing portion described below).

  • These images and recordings may be used by us for marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials connected to The Naked Truth and Alarna Rose Events. 

  • All photos, videos, and other visual or audio materials captured during the Event are and remain the exclusive property of Alarna Rose. You acknowledge that no ownership, copyright, or rights of use are transferred to you.

  • You understand that you will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalty for the use of any such materials in which your image or likeness may appear, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its specific use.

  • During the life-drawing segment, no photos or videos may be taken by guests, and staff, volunteers, or contractors are not permitted to record unless written consent has been granted on the night by both the model(s) and the Event Host.

  • General photos (e.g. venue setup, art materials, group atmosphere, non-nude portions) may be taken by approved media or staff for marketing and documentation purposes.

  • If you do not wish for photo's or video's to be used in which you appear, please advise a team member on arrival or email connect@alarnarose.com before the Event, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference.

 

7. Health, Safety & Liability

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • The Event involves activities that may evoke physical, emotional, or psychological responses.

  • ​You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing and for choosing how deeply you participate. You may step out or request support at any time.

  • ​By attending, you release us, our staff, contractors, and venue partners from any liability for injury (physical or psychological), loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the Event, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  • ​You agree to take full responsibility for your own conduct and self-care throughout the experience.​

 

8. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Your personal details are collected when you make a booking so we can manage your registration, communicate event details, and ensure the safety and smooth running of the Event.

  • We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

  • By booking, you consent to us contacting you by email or phone for purposes directly related to the Event — including reminders, updates, and follow-up communications.

  • You also agree that we may contact you occasionally after the Event to share information about future events, experiences, programs, or offerings that we believe may be of genuine interest to you. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

  • Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for essential event logistics (e.g., venue management or safety requirements).

  • When you transfer a booking, you consent to providing the new attendee’s name and contact details so we can maintain accurate records and communicate essential information.​

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Event will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
