Hey, I’m Alarna Rose 👋
I’ve been leading, coaching, building, and creating for almost 20 years.
And for most of that time, it came with pressure.
To deliver value. To perform. To always be doing more, helping more, becoming more.
Even when it looked successful on the outside, it still felt heavy and hard on the inside.
At some point, I got honest with myself.
I was done chasing impact, trying to be more valuable and successful.
Done trying to be the version of me that made sense to everyone else.
And so I gave myself permission to breathe. To soften.
To just be me. Who I am right here, right now. In any expression.
That’s where The Naked Truth was born.
Not from more strategy, but from surrender.
Truth be told, this event is the space I didn't know I needed.
It's the space where I'd learn how to drop beneath the performance, strip it all back, and just show up exactly as I am, unpolished and enough.
And in stepping forward vulnerable, bold, shit scared, and fully myself,
I realised this is the gift.
Not what I know. Not what I can offer.

What if I’m terrified of being seen?
Perfect. That’s where the magic happens. You’ll be supported every step of the way to choose the level of engagement that feels right for you.
Do I need art skills to join?
Not at all. This event is about your own creative expression, however that comes, not perfection. My team will make sure you feel supported even if you've never drawn before.
Do I need to bring any art supplies?
No, everything you need will be provided on the night, including sketch pads, pencils and charcoal, however, if you wish to bring your own supplies you are more than welcome.
Is this a Women's Only Event?
No. This is a fully inclusive event. All genders are very welcome to attend.
Where do I park?
On-site parking at the venue is available
Will there be food and drinks?
A welcome drink and nibbles are provided upon arrival however guests are also welcome to purchase additional food and drinks on the night.
Can I purchase tickets on the night?
No, tickets must be purchased online in advance. There will be no door sales, so secure your spot before they sell out! Tickets strictly limited to ensure an intimate experience.
Do I get a physical ticket?
No physical ticket is needed. After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and your name will be added to the door list. Just show up and check in!
Can I bring my child to the event?
Sorry! This event is 18+ only due to the nature of the experience.
If I want to model on the night, what do I need to bring?
Everything including robes and sheets will be provided on the night, however if you already know you'll be modelling then you're welcome to bring your own if it feels more comfortable.
